large dent in rear panel

An ATV rolled down a hill into the passenger body panel just behind the door towards the bottom of my 91 explorer sport. I am not sure how to pull out the dent. it seems to have a small split in the center also. Any ideas? Thanks.

Pix would help, but if you pull all the interior panels away from that area you may be able to get in behind the panel and push it out. If not a slide hammer dent puller will be your friend
