I can't say I have ever seen any steel flash rust like this before-right out of the heat dry cycle of dishwasher.

It has been my experience, 99% of the time Harley Davidson parts are "rush jobs"
I am not kidding.
Dude clled me Fridy 4:00PM asked"hey, how are you doing"?
Me " I'm getting around, trying to heal these broken ribs"
"oh yeah?. cool. Hey listen I have these exhaust tips and it's worth 50.00 if you can get them done by tomorrow morning so I can ride"

So yeah, Pac Car Black is my go to satin black. 55% gloss
