does anyone know of a good lift kit for a '95 explorer xlt 4x4 if so i would appreciate it if u could help me out

- No Mounty no more.
Since you have a '95 if you go with a Superlift kit you will need to find a qualified welder/fabricator as the rear torsion bar mounts are welded to the frame instead of bolted like '96-2001.
The old mounts will have to be cut off & and the new ones welded on and perfectly aligned or you will have problems
Superlift does not list the '95 Explorers beause of this.
With the extra cost involved an RCD would be your best option.
