lift kits

hey im new to the site and i have a 94 ex with 2inch lift and 31-12.50-15 procomp x-terrains on stock. i want to put a 6inch lift on my ex but im not sure which lift is the best? which lift is better a 3inch body with 2inch spacers or a suspension lift? if a suspension lift is better which one is the best to get?

This is a question best asked in the Off-Road Forum...OR use the search function I know it has been discussed before, and there are pictures posted that show peoples X with the lift your talking about.
