lift questions

i have been lookin at this conversion from perrys,my question is,is that a stock suspension setup.was curious if it was lifted or not and what size tires they r,can anyone tell me.

ahh wow that is sweet a hell.ok my next question is how could i get that look for my street 93 explorer?besides the conversion,thanks for the info i just think that would make one hell of a daily driver ride.

Probably need a welder, some sort of cutting device (grinder, plasma cutter ...), and some steel

that sure looks close but the one in the picture above has 2001+ Sport front end... Perry's got some cool stuff.

i wasnt trying to do a custom suspension wasnt sure how much a lift u would need to get that high ,also not sure how to get the wheels out to fill up that 6in wider front end,guess i coud do that in the width of the rim.

You can also do it by installing full width D44 up front and Ford 9" in the rear...

Just found my next mod. So the front conversion kit just bolts right on? Does anybody have any experience with them?

just got a response from perry over at meneils,he said the front fenders and hood bolt up in the stock locations,the back panels are held on with dzus fasteners and u need to lengthen the back doors rod that makes it open if you want to use stock door handles.

McNiell fiberglass actually fits very well. I mounted my rear fiberglass with allen bolts

front end swap

after reading and searching all day still have a couple ??? if i want to swap out the front of my x what will interchange with it without to much modifications(bolt up)?those kits from perrys and fiberwerx r nice but most of those have long travel suspensions mine is a pavement pounder,just kinda curious what my options r in this area.thanks for all info.
