I have some 4.0 badges on the fenders of my BII. Everytime I see a Jeep Cherokee in the junk yard with the 4.0 High OUtput badge on teh tailgate I grab them.

I cut the HIGH OUTPUT part off and I ended up with some real nice 4.0 badges, just like that 2.0 badge posted up there.

I touched them up with some black paint and they look like they belong on my truck withthe Bronco II and the Eddie Bauer signs.........

it would have taken:
2 "explorer" emblems
2 "XLT" emblems
and
1 "XLS" emblem to make the word STREET with ford letters....

It came off an early 80's mustang I found in the junkyard. I was restoring a 91 crown vic highway patrol car I used to have. I wasnt sure if it belonged on it but I put it on the trunk any way. When I sold the car I kept the badge. It looked like it belonged under Explorer so there it is now.

I have the SVT on my front fenders and it looks real nice and everyone does a double take to stare at my vehicle

I believe he got it off of the Crown Victoria "police interceptor" cop cars. We have a dealership trying to sell 5 of them in Radnor, has the spot light and everything still on there.

The police interceptor emblem is the emblem that ford puts on the cars that they make specificaly for the police. They are cars that ford customize with upgraded suspension, big motor, special interior, etc. You usually see them on the crown vic's or the mustangs.

I took 3 of the V6 emblems from the Escape and put them on my Explorer, in the same locations they are on the Escape, they look good, I have some photos around here somewhere let me see If I can find them.......

Thanks guys, I hope you all come up with something creative for your X's. Look at other models, like the escape, Expedition, and others with seperate letters so you can make up what ever you want and keep it clean!

If explorers, Escapes, and Expeditions have the same size letters... where can I find an emblem the same size with a K in it..... Any other fords Have them?

Actually the Explores, Escapes, and Expiditions are all different sizes. I just though you could use the different model with it's self to spell or make something.
