I have an 04 V6 with about 163,000 miles. It has had a very noticeable clunk particularly first drive of the day when backing out of the driveway and making a sharp turn. This can be in forward or reverse. I've tried to move/wiggle the sway bar links and they all still very tight. I've jacked the front end up and tried to move the tires (top and bottom) to see if the ball joints might be bad but they seem good. I've checked a number of frame bolts to make sure nothing was loose. Not sure what else to try to find the problem.
