- 2006 FORD EXPLORER
I am in need for some help on this one.
2006 explorer 145,000 miles about a week ago the Low brake fluid light came on in the information screen and the solid brake light is also illuminated. Prior to this i had noticed some travel in the pedal to the floor.
I checked the fluid level "its full"
I installed all four new rotors & pads.
I installed all four New calipers
I bled the whole system in sequence. (no air bubbles in lines)
Lights are still on and pedal travels omost to the floor when running. When vehicle is off there hard.
Going crazy here i know it has a.b.s. but there is no a.b.s light on it seems to me more of an hydraulic problem?
Has anyone else ran into this? Is my next step changing out the Master cylinder? Does the vehicle have a brake proportioning valve and could that be it?
Any help would be greatly appreciated im going crazy over here!!!!!!
Thanx
