i have decided to lower my explorer as much as posible i remember like 6 months ago when i had my suspensions installed i told them i wanted my expo lowered and they said i would have to buy blocks for the back so i told them well just lower the front for now till i can get the blocks and they said they would so i went to pickup the truck when evrything was done and they said they couldent lower the front cause they would have to cut the bumper stops in half or something like that and it was already past closing time and they would have to charge me extra so i said forget it and just left so since then i have been reading about lowring on this forum and my head hurts from all the reading some people say the store blocks will fit some say it wont some say they had to bed it whats up with all this... how can it fit and then not fir for some people
im hoping for a 3 inch drop or more i went to a suspension shop the other day and they said something about taking out the back leafs and heating it up then banging them to make it lower but the cost would be ovber $340 just for that and it dont sound too good to me? why is it so much troble i have a toyota camry and all i did was pay $25 to have the springs cut and curently sits half a inch from the floor
