You just need to put an Explorer badge on it. :D

None of us care what you bring to the trail silly!
Just dont get mad when the Explorer has to pull you out...(of course that Zuk probably never needs help from what I hear)

I have a buddy here at work who may be joining us, hes got a 93 grand Cherokee (ZJ) with a really neat adjustable 4 link suspension...

Just come and have fun. BTW I have some Explorer and ford badges, hehehehe!!!

I dont know about a form, but I did e mail Mike so Im down.:D I also suggested Top of the World for stockers and all first timers to Moab. I just think everyone should see it, the trail is fun and the view is undescribable:eek:

so, i guess i would fall inthe modified category if i have 5" lift (3BL and TT and Shakle) and run 33s and lock rear....2wd.

These are 4x4 ratings with front drive assumed, so technically, no. But Moab's extreme traction will allow you to perform better there with your locked 2wd than anywhere esle, just ask Alec. However you would not be able to handle the modified 3+ - 4 rated trails without front drive, but there are still dozens of great trails in Moab that you will be able to do, and have a blast. Bring it awn and enjoy yourself.

2wd, even locked, is at a real disadvantage in most fourwheeling situations, especially when it gets steep and slick, or when lowrange is needed. That's why they call it fourwheeling :) However Moab's traction is so extreme that you can do things there that you will not be able to do anywhere else. The only thing to worry about will be the loss of power at the 4,000+ altitude and no lowrange to climb those steep hills with - it will really strain your transmission, make sure it is in top shape before coming out.

note to self......."change all fluids and ....that's it, i think".

I never said I was a for sure. I haven't even checked in to my new command yet so I am not sure if I'll get the time off. I also just bought my first home and we are scheduled to move in Sep 13th, but my wife will probably, if she already hasn't, allocate trip money for new things for the new house. I will still try and make it, but I am not making any promises right now.

Ah ok so when I swing by Everett I can just take all the parts off your truck I want then......hehehehe

Sure, yeah right. I actually will be living in Mt Vernon then which is about 30 miles north of Everett.

Well congrats on the new house!!!! Now just leave the little woman alone while she accessorizes your new home. I found it very painful to come between a woman and accessorizing her new home the hard way. I was complaining about the valences she was making being too big and she went fine you do them and threw them on couch. I sat down to figure out where I went wrong and a straight pin from the valence had flown off and was sticking staight up to. Yep I sat right on it and yelled bloody murder which sent my wife into a crying fit thinking I was yelling because of her.

Ate crow for a week for that one!!!
