mounting neons

wheres a good place to mount some neons in the driver and passanger footwells? pictures of them installed? what size is best 10"?

I have one underneath the dash screwed into a platic box(ut's grey) and then suspended by string from two sides to keep it from swaying on the other side. For the passenger the blend door(I think that is what it is) gets in the way so either mount it to the front of the seat rack or shove it behind the blend door.

Because if you get a cold cathode kit it is cheaper and way brighter.
