My 2nd gen ex SAS

just so i'm clear on this when you say flip your leafs thats putting the leafs over the axle right? because i was totally thinking that was my option for lifting the rear but if it moves back 5" is that going to be a problem for clearance in the rear at all with the fenders? i dont wanna have to hack up my truck :(

haha thank you so much i lost sleep over seeing this beast as a final product, definitely one of the most badass rigs i've seen in a while!!!

No, it means to turn them 180*, so the front bushings become the rear bushings. The center pin that holds the packs together is not centered in the packs. One side is longer than the other by 5+".

Which steering box was used...looks familiar, but I just want to be sure. Thanks in advance!

I would love to see the front trimming a little closer. Looks very well done and a solution to one of my concerns.

Good thread and awesome truck.

nice. can you explain the steering box setup a bit? and who makes the weld on bead locks you have?

well, going over a bunch of little things right now...life has sort of got in the way of play time. I have a hydro assist system half put in, and a new trans wiring harness sitting in a box next to it...I will get to it I swear..
