My power steering pump is making noise.

Hello ;
I went to pep Boys for a noise in the power steering pump ,they change the pump twice in a week and the noise still, then I went to another mechanic and he changed the rack & pinion , I spend over $900, in a week and still with the same noise ,,someone could tell me ?

i did the same thing on my 97 x.when i would turn into a road or my driveway it would make the hissing growling sounds and it would hop. i changed the pump,and the hop stopped but no change in the growling sounds. i think it has something to do with my awd system binding and straining the steering.
