There is an unused connector under the interior trim covering the front left window post. Any idea what it is for?

Are you talking about the one by the windshield or the one on the door itself?

Not on the door, it is under the trim covering the left side of the windshield.

Yes overhead console. Mine follows up the pillar to the console.
