NAV Access

When I try to open the NAV screen to get to the DVD the screen starts to open about 3/8" and then closes down. Any ideas on how to get it open?

Sounds like something is jammed. Are you sure there isn't a CD in the CD player slot that is keeping it from sliding open?

Maybe when you tell it to open, "help" it slide down a little with some pressure? Once you get it open and if nothing was jammed, maybe you need to put a little WD-40 in the slot the pins ride on.

..ignition is on when you do this?
