Nav problem

I reset my nav to factory reset. Still does not work. Screen reads. Navigation failure. 2010-01-01 16:44:09 It seems stuck on the same location no matter what I do. Any ideas. Or do I have to go to the dealer?

Have you tried removing/reinserting the S/D card?

If the date is set at that default sounds like it isn't getting any info from the gps. You can also go into the diagnostics and see the GPS data coming in if there is any....will show how many satellites and gps coordinates.

Pull the battery for a minute and reconnect and see if that resets things. Otherwise sounds like a dealer visit.
