Need Help Asap Vigorous Swaying

ok i have had this explorer for a while and have been driving with no front sway bar the hole time, just recently as soon as i hit about 40mph+ the truck starts swaying, but the wheel is not moving so thats why i dont think it would be death wooble, and like its vigourus enough to where i have to slow to about 20mph to get it to stop, i thought it might be shocks cause this past weekend we accidentally jumped it and so i went and got brand new shocks, no help, i bolted the sway bar back on, helped but still does it just not as bad, what do i need......im scared to drive it

You may have knocked the front end out of line....since you jumped it LOL i would check into the steering
