Need Help With A Big Project...

Hello All,
I really really need some help and info i'm new to the fourm and new to Ford just bought a 02 Explorer Limited and need to do a Super Big project to get this baby running again. I dont want to do anything yet need more info. Please help me and guild me to the right directions. Let me know what I should do first.

Parts That I Have With Me:
1. 4X4 Control Module 1L2Z-7E453-A
2. Bearing & Seals Hub Assembly - 2 Front & 2 Rear
3. Calipers - 2 Front & 2 Rear
4. Brake Rotors - 2 Front & 2 Rear
5. Brake Pads - 4 Front & 4 Rear
6. Sway Bar Link Kits - Stabilizer Bar Control Link Kits Front - 2
7. Tie Rod Ends - Left Outer
8. Belts - Poly Rib Blet - Alternator Drive Blet
9. Brake Fluid Exchange

Any guild info about the parts I have will help me alot step by step is even better thanks...

Just a quick look over your list there, it looks like probably everyone of these have an entire thread already dedicated to the particular project. Use the search at the top right and you should be able to find everything you're looking for and more.

4x4 control mod

Big Rondo has a great how to for the 4x4 pcm. Its located behind the glove box. plug and play deal there.
 












How do I find Big Rondo so I can look at his How To...

Go under the search function, go to advanced search, and search by user, and put the key words "4x4" and "PCM" in as well. That will show you any threads with posts he made with those words in them
 












Big Rondo has great writeups, and is very helpful to everyone. You have a question, he has an answer.

Front wheel bearing & hub what is the torque specs for the 3 bolts that holds the front unit together.

Rear wheel bearing & hub what is the torque specs for the 3 bolts that holds the rear unit together.

Bearing and hub are pressed in, no bolts to torque

1) Manjina gave you the torque spec fo rthe three front bolts for the hub and bearing assembly its 83 ft/lbs.

2). THE REAR BEARINGS ARE NOT HELD IN WITH BOLTS THEY ARE PRESSED INTO THE KNUCKLE> THERE IS NOTHING ON TH EHUB TO TORQUE.

2. Front Axle Nut - How Much
3. Rear Axle Nut - How Much

Until the bushings begin to bulge. If you overtighten them, you risk crushing the bushing or pulling it through.
