Need some tire size advice

I have lowered my ex 2 inches. I am going to need tires within another month or 2. I have narrowed it down to two choices.
1. 275/60R15 tires on 15X8 wheels
2. 255/60R17 tires on 17X8 Bullet or Mach 1 wheels
I have a limited budget so I would like your opinions positive or negative about what choice I should make.

The only option I see is the 17's. You'll regret it if you dont do it.

Have you shopped around? What prices did you come up with? I bet the prices aren't that much far apart between the two.

The prices are very similar between the two. Does anyone know if the mach 1 wheels will rub, they have a 30mm offset?
