The title says it all - I just replaced the FPR in my 91, and all seemed to go well at first. took out the two bolts, unplugged the vacuum line on the bottom, then pressed in the tabs to slide the top fuel line (plastic end on braided hose) - installation went smooth, light coat of engine oil on the o-ring, torqued down the two bolts, plugged in vacuum, and slid the top line back on.
Started up the truck after pushing it out of the garage, and watched for leaks.......yup..... drip drip drip likely from the o-ring seat onto the lower manifold. I cannot see any fuel coming from the top connection, although to me it seemd to slide on rather easily......
So, i took it back off, re-checked everything, swapped out the o-ring from the old one, reinstalled. Strated back up and was fine for about 15 seconds, then drip drip drip again.
Please if anyone could help me with this - I have to drive it to work in a few hours......
