New h/u with factory changer?

hey, i just traded with a friend and got a head unit. i dont know anything aobut it, but its pioneer 35x4 double din single disk. can i use the factory changer with it? thanks!

I dont think so, I have a alpine changer and i believe that you needed to purchase that make and model at least for alpine...but id really like to get a definite answer.

ah, that sucks. i dont really want/need to do this upgrade (?) but it'd be cool anyway.
