Next Pine Barrens Run?

I'm not going to have my snorkel on for the run. I worked on re-mounting my PIAAs today, and over the next few days I'll be cleaning my MAF and extending my breather lines. You won't be the odd man out.

I found the one on my rear axle, cut where's the one in the front? I know my rear one is pushing it's luck.

Not a problem, I will try to get that email out as soon as possible.
The list has been updated, up to possibly 10-11 rigs.

Not sure. Gonna check my Chilton's/crawl around under there to find it. Also, don't forget to do the transfer case and I think even the tranny.

THe front breather is on the drivers side and comes up to the shock mount i believe, and has a cap in it.

Well, I'm down and out for this one... again... I was on my way into work and some girl side swiped me, twisted the axle, snapped the leaf springs and popped both rear shocks. I got hit just under the passengers door as I tried to go around her, my rear tire caught her front end, ripped it to shreds and sent me into a spin. I kept it from rolling though. I will post pics as soon as I get them off my phone... THe girl who hit me was cute tho...

Even the cop was like, your lucky you didn't roll. To be honest, it never really felt like it was going over, but I just kept turning the wheel in the direction I wanted to go and she just kinda slid where I wanted her. Maybe its just my madd driving skillz... haha.... Oh well... If I can get a check for the repairs and have enough left over.. Maybe I will be updating to 4.10s in the near future if I do an axle swap, considering my front diff is slowly leaking anyways... Damn.. And my black chrome lights still aren't here... Im just hoping my trans and transfer case aren't screwed... Ahhh this sucks.. Oh well.. I guess I was close to joining the roll over posse...

That is one hell of a sucky situation. I only saw the picture and I knew something was broke big time before I started reading.

All your wheeling skills helped you keep it under control. Good job on that much and good to see you're ok.

i agree with andy, wheeling has given you a better understanding of how to control ur truck, which helped you out here... it probably kept you semi calm in the moment instead of getting scarred and not thinking.. you were able to keep her going where you wanted in a sortof sane state....

I must say I was pretty calm through the whole thing, I was even joking with the cop that was there, started telling him I had plans to wheel this weekend, that I bought new lights for it, he was like, the one hanging out, I was like yeah, that one. He was pretty cool, didn't write any citations or anything, asked me how fast I was going, I said 35-40 in a 35. He was like, no problem. Called the wreckers and got there. My truck was reluctant to get on the wrecker though... He was like, it doesn't want to go. But it went. I'm waiting to see if I get a rental.. Hopefully I will get something decent.. not some econobox...I wouldn't mind driving a new explorer for a few weeks til this one was fixed...
