No brake lights, no turn signals (rear)

2005 Ford Explorer XLT
Electrical issue here.

The turn signal indicator on the dash is blinking FAST and only the front turn signals are working.

The rear turn signals are not working because those bulbs are not receiving any power. Which means those bulbs don't light up when I press the brake pedal either....

No power at either rear brake/turn signal bulb harnesses...

However both upper rear lights (taillights/running lights) work as expected...
 






Try to check relays and fuses (related to this lamps)

Then wiring resistance and voltage from battery to relay and from the relay to lamps
 












Bad news. I think you're multi-function switch is bad...
