I had two booked out from under me. I booked your spot at last minute in fear of losing the next one. The only reason we choose that spot is because its bigger. 26' drive lol

Guys these spots are going fast.......sorry about getting yours. Did you end up with a spot? If so which one?

I just reserved sites 12 and 10. Both are 40ft pull throughs :), 12 has power, 10 doesn't, and are somewhat adjacent through the woods. If everybody I think is coming actually does, we'll park in the non-power site and camp in 12.

Burns, do you want to add the sites to original post?

Yeah ill go in here in just a second and add the sites that are posted in the thread.

Anybody up for a night ride one night?

Probably. Do they close the campground gate at night? I thought one of them did buy maybe that was Badin lake camp.

Just realized my links were dead.

Found this and im still searching for a official answer.

Arrowhead Campground Alerts

* Reservations must be made at least 3 days in advance.*, The Gate remains open at all times, ATV's or ORV's allowed on designated trails only., No Alcohol.

I seen the same thing burns posted. I stayed there a few times last year and they never closed the gates. Although it did say the the gate is closed at 10pm out by the gate last year. You always hear people coming back in all through the night so I dont think they close it.

We can plan the night run and if it closes ask the person at site 22. They are the ones that are over the campgrounds. I dont ever recall it being closed last year either.

I wonder why they killed the links to all the campgrounds?

A friend was going to call the Ranger today and find out for sure because he'd get in to the campground late on Friday. I'll let you know when I hear back from him.

Josh you going to stay at the hotel or camp this year?

yeehaw. i am definitely looking forward to this. only tree mo' munfs.

I'll be stayin at a hotel, but one that is closer this year and not 30 minutes away. Just can't do tent sleeping lol.

That is cool I just could not remember what you had said this year....

Confirmed that they do NOT close the gate at night.

Also, do the electric sites have water? Everything at recreation.gov says "ELECTRIC ONLY", but most places with electric have water, but the Ranger told my friend that all sites do not have water in Arrowhead, which was kinda surprising to me.

Do they bother you for quietly drinking an adult beverage?
