Open door w/ broken door handles

My exterior driver's door handle and interior handle broke, can't take the trim panel off, because I can't open the door. Anybody been through this? Anyone have any ideas? Thanks

yes, my drivers side rear door handles are both broken... my guess is I'll have to take off the column trim between the front and rear drivers side doors - so I can unbolt the hinges... I made a post earlier tonight - so we'll see if anyone has any suggestions...
