I have 1996 ford explorer xlt that will not stay in overdrive. I have to push the button all the time too keepp it from shifting hard when it downshifts. Also any idea's on how to get the CD case unstuck. I series of bumps and it seem to have gotten stuck and now I can't get it to pop up and I don't want to tear ir apaert, any ideas? Thank you any help
