P0153 Code

I'm getting code P0153 & my abs light just came on. I purchased the ABS sensor which will hopefully fix that problem. I also purchase an oxygen sensor. My question is where exactly is the Bank 2 oxygen sensor located? Thanks!

Bank 2 Sensor 1 = Drivers side on the down pipe from the exhaust manifold.

Oh wow! Is that the only way to get to that sensor? I guess if it is I'll remove the carpet & herculiner the entire inside floor at the same time.

I replaced the rear ABS sensor & the light is still on. The one I took out looked like this one - http://shop.advanceautoparts.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_x_20970092-P_x_x

Does it matter that the original was a metal sensor and the new is plastic?
