P0320 Check Engine Light Code

should i use some handy-dandy WD-40 as well?

The PCM being the one in this depiction? i'm very unfamiliar with engine parts and names. could the dpfe be a possible problem? what role does it, and the pcm, play in ignition?

I doubt the dpfe is causing this, The dpfe is an egr --emissions sensor.

Yes--that picture shows the PCM connector.

would wd-40 sprayed in the PCM pins cause problems? or would it potentially benefit? sorry for all the questions, just trying to get a general understanding of automotive.

Did everything you suggested just now, couldn't blow it out so I just wiped off around the female connector. I'll let you know if the light comes on.

I get the P0320 code intermittently on my 2000 Explorer V6 4L SOHC, also. Looking for the relay and quick fix. Thanx.

I have a 2005 ford explorer 4.0L and i am getting the same code p03w0 and p2106. Wrench light comes on and failure safe engine mode kicks in and wants to stall .replaced thorttle body and erased compter and relearned it drove 4 blocks and still got the same thing anyone have any ideas?
