Ok everybody 96 5.0 awd I'll take any advice at this point even if it includes spinning in a circle while touching my nose. I keep getting Po402. EGR excessive flow, I've now had the plenum off more times than I care to mention. New EGR valve, EGR position sensor and EGR vacuum solenoid. Clear the light 2 minutes later the code comes back. Today I literally pulled the plenum again and blocked the EGR off with a piece of soda can. The light stayed off for about 20 miles and came back .really at my Wit's End and would appreciate any input at all. The inside of the throttle body and plenum now look brand-new from the amount of cleaning I've done. I need this thing to pass inspection and I'm not quite sure what to do other than pull the motor and rear and just sell them
