P0745 Transmission issues

I have a 2008 Ford Explorer that has shifting issues, has been into 2 dealerships and still not fixed. My manual says it is a 5R55S transmission, the transmission hits hard when going into reverse and also I am assuming 2 and 3rd gear. At times I get the wrench light and pull code P0745 but in my book there is no mention of the pressure control sensor. When it starts shifting real hard the trucks sounds like it is spitting, I am hoping it didnt steal my Copenhagen. Any help would be apreciated.

Do you have a corroded 5r55s solenoid body connector?​

Thanks but could not tell without truck being on a Hoist is too hard to get to. Plus not sure if I was messing with the right connector
