PCV removal in 4.6L 2003 XLT

I found it,but it looks like they actually made it part of the valve cover..
How does one remove the PCV valve themself?
 






Hmm, I wonder if it is the same as my 2002 V8?

I have a new one sitting in the garage I have not gotten around to replacing yet.
