please help me!!!

i have a 1999 ford explorer. i replaced the fuel filter, spark plugs and the coil packs, both of them, it is getting fuel to the fuel rail. it will crank but will not start. i am lost! please help me if you can. what do i need to do to fix this problem. it has the 5.0 v-8.

Ok, first, when you switch the key to on do you hear the fuel pump run for 2-3 seconds ?(listen near the fuel door area right as you switch the key just to the "on" position)

Does the check engine light turn on when you switch the key to on?

does the "theft" light flash while cranking?

If the check engine light is on, pull the code because that should help to point you in a direction as to what's causing the issue.

the check engine light has been on for a while due to o2 sensors and the theift light comes on for a few secs then goes off. fuel pump works fine
