some Sports have a air dam much like an xlt air dam, but have fog lights.

the limited ones are a entire bumper cover..
i don't want that...have to paint it then, can't afford that

I have one with foglight holes but no fogs I was going to put it on my sport but I bought a brushguard instead and I did not want to overkill with the lights

make sure when you stuff the box that the material doesnt touch the subwoofer. if your box is braced internally, then this will help keep the fill material away.
that stuff can overheat your subwoofer and cause a bunch of other problems.

Lee when I put the fill in should i brace it in there

hmm looks like i'll be taking my sub out and making sure that stuff is out of the way of the sub.

mine isn't braced internally... could i just lay something on the fiber fill so it won't touch the woofer?

you dont want to press it or flatten it. just keep it away from the sub. how were you planning to brace it?

it's not a good idea to just lay something in the box. since you box wasnt constructed with a brace inside, that makes things a little more difficult.
one way that worked for my friend was screwing four small loops inside the box. two on the left and two on the right. not at the corners. a few inches away fron the corners. then running fishing line from top left to bottom right and top right to bottom left (an "X" shape). this kept the poly fill from reaching the subwoofer.

yep, i did it yesterday,
i used some spray glue to hold it against the walls in the box, so it stays away from the sub.
took about 15 mins to do, ....i think it sounds a bit better now....but i could just be imangeing things
i was thinking of turning the sub backwards anyways....

if you do got any spray glue, you should try using it, i thought it worked rather well.
other than getting a bit of the polyesterfiber fill stuck to your fingers its all good.
