Pre-drilled Grille Cutout (2020 FPIU)

Hi! I'm wondering if anyone knows how to pop out the factory grille cutouts in a 2020 FPIU. I'm trying to figure out how to remove them but have had no luck. Any help is appreciated!

I usually have the front bumper cover removed and push them out the back by pressing on the little tabs.
