problem with Oil pressure

Hello,,,I have an Explorer Eddie bauer 2002, every morning when I started the vehicle,the pannel presentan alarm,,"LOW OIL PRESSURE", and the oil level are good and was recently changed with the oil recommended by Ford (motorcraft). The time for the oil pressure increase vary, no more than 1.5 min. sometimes only seconds, other times more. What I can to do for fix this situation because I don't want a damage in the engine.

probably the sending unit,, did this just start after the oil was changed?
or is it getting worse ??

It's getting worse,,,,at the beggining only maked sometimes, and short time....now it's every day and the time vary.
