I think I figured out my plan. I have a trans cooler circuit already (comes on with the fuel pump)... I think I'm going to add 2 more smaller fans to that on the back of the intercooler as pullers, and basically force feed this thing some more air any time its running, leaving my current fan setup as almost a "secondary" fan that kicks on when it gets warm. There is about 3" of clearance between the IC and the rad, so a puller on the IC is virtually also a pusher on the rad. There isn't really anywhere else for a significant amount of air to go.
