If you are talking about the small wires that flip the solenoid on the mini projectors, they connect to the wiring harness, should be a mobile projector..

Also, did you test fit the mini projector to the truck? be sure and do that before you seal on the front lens to make sure the cutoff is leve

welcome to the forum!
a lil fyi, i completed this project quite some time ago. the issues/questions i ran into were all resolved, but thanks for the advice anyway.

Ok...this may sound like a dumb question, but I want to make sure we are talking about the same thing.

When you mount the lights to the truck to check the "cutoff level", you mean to make sure they are adjusted the same height, right?

Lights look great and I was just saying the other day I wish they sold aftermarkets like these. But...I'll make my own!! Thanks for all the info, everyone!

cutoff is the sharp line of light youll see when your aimed at a flat surface like a wall. before you seal them, put them on the truck and twist the projectors to achieve this nice line. on our cars/trucks, the pass side will be a lil higher because most of us drive in the right lane (to illuminate the shoulder) and vice for europeans. see link below for example.

LED Lights Make Augmented Vision a Reality

Okay, this is just freaky. We know led ribbon are versatile enough to be used for practically anything, but LED Panel Light lenses? Really?! Yes, as it turns out, really. University of Washington researchers have figured out how to implant semitransparent red and blue aluminium led profile in contact lenses, for the purpose of receiving and displaying data in sharp visual images and video. This means wearers will literally be able to watch TV or view photos that are projected directly onto their eyeballs.

Once miniature green LEDs are developed (and they’re in the works, as of now), full color displays will be possible. Once that happens, the possibilities are endless. Think about everything your smart phone can do right now, and imagine the same being possible for your eyeball. This news is a little scary and a lot fascinating, if you ask me—at the very least, with LED contact lenses, your hands would be free to pet your robot or tinker with your hover board.

Lead researcher Babak T8 LED TUBE LIGHT Parvis comments “You won’t necessarily have to shift your focus to see the image generated by the contact lens,” it would just appear in front of you and your view of the real world will be completely unobstructed when the display is turned off.

Ah, the real world. With augmented reality becoming a reality, it feels like the real world is fast becoming a relic of the past.
