Hey Guys,
I've got a 91 Ranger with 282,000 miles on it and i am planning to have the automatic transmission rebuilt a second time. The first time was around 125,000 miles.
My question is does the later versions of the A4LD come with higher gear ratios?
I believe my year tranny was designed when max speed limits where 55 MPH and with higher speed limits today, i want to bring down the RPM when freeway cruising.
