quick disconnect fitting leaking at slave

Okay, I am seriously frustrated. About a month ago I replaced the clutch master cylindar in my 93 ford explorer. Along with it I replaced the hydraulic line which of course had a new quick disconnect fitting. Everything went smooth and the car rode well for about a month, but now I can't get it to go in gear when it is running. It seems i am loosing pressure down at the quick didsconnect fitting. I have removed it 10 times now, fiddled with the O-ring and twisted it around, but I can't get a good seal. Has anyone else ever experienced this problem? I do not want to replace the female end on the slave cylindar and I can't buy a replacement O-ring for the male end (if that is even what the problem is) since ford will not sell the rings separately!

Please let me know if you have any ideas.

if it is a o-ring that needs to be replaced go to your local autoparts store or to a air conditioning repair shop and show them your o-ring then they can match it up with another one.

sorry i havent had to do any major work like that yet.
