..I am hoping Boomer and Ritsui will chime in...Big Bear supposedly has 4' of snow and it's still falling...

..I tried to work down at the beach today, fail..:thumbdwn:...Heavy rain, hail, etc...They now say we will be getting more of this storm thru tonight...

..They originally predicted 4-6" of rain and for once they were right...Most areas down here have gotten about 5" by early a.m. today and are predicted to get at least another 1" in the next 24hrs.

...5 counties have been declared as "State of Emergency"..Oh yea, they are predicting more rain next week...

...We were suppose to get rain yesterday and today, then they said no, then they said a little bit...

...As it turns out we got a bunch of hard rain all night and expect the same throughout today...Last nights rain brought the mudflows and slides they were expecting 2 weeks ago...Some freeways are closed and reports of down trees all over...

Very Heavy rain up here last night or early this morning I should say. Also at about 3:20 this morning there was the biggest crack of thunder I've ever heard in my life. The cracking went on for a good 2-3 seconds or more before the rumbling. It almost had a jet like sound as it went through the sky. Trully odd.
