Is the transmission cross member the same for a torsion bar 4wd ranger and a 2nd gen 4wd explorer? Can you show me the difference please?

I am considering having some " trac bars" made, the fabricator needs to know.

Thanks!

The 4WD transmission has a different extension housing than the 2WD. It shouldn't affect the lower crossmember since the mount is connected to the rear lower part of the transmission. Maybe somebody else could provide their input? As far as I see, it should be the same for both models.

My guess is that the crossmember is not interchangeable between the Ranger and the Explorer. Looking forward to the actual answer...
