Rear AC blower motor relay location? 2020 explorer

Hey everyone, my rear AC isn't working. I've narrowed it down to something before the fuse box. There is no power to either terminal of the rear blower motor fuse under the hood. If I attach a hot wire to the terminal where the fuse goes the rear AC starts right up and works great.

This leads me to believe it's a bad relay? Anyone know where that is located?

We purchased it as a salvage vehicle because of the price. I've fixed everything but this. I checked all the fuses. The problem is there is no power to the fuse that goes to the rear blower motor so even if I jump the fuse it won't work
