Rear Air Deflector Installation???

Hey guys...I just got my hands on a stock rear air deflector for my 2004 EB; it is in great shape, but it was given to me without any hardware. I've tried to search around but can't find any place to get info on any kind of a kit or template to mount this correctly. Does anyone know how I can mount this the right way? I'm sure I can find the correct machine screws for the four female thread on the two posts that would mount to the top of the tailgate, is there any braces that would mount under the liftgate sheet metal? Thanks

I know its off a different year, but the directions should be close enough.

OK, thats right along the lines of what I was looking for, but I would have liked to see page two of the directions. Centering the deflector and drilling is not a problem, just wanted to know if there was a plate or washers to mount on the inside. Thanks alot Buddy....can anyone else with some insight chime in?
