Hi,

2006 X LTD 7 passenger with rear climate blower.

I'll be going out on a family trip (2 adults, four kids) and my rear climate blower has stopped working (not on any speed setting).

I tested the rear blower, it works fine and silently.

When my girlfriend hits the climate controls in front, I can hear the blend doors (heat and vents) working, so there is signal.

There is a relay, I did not get to test it yet. And there is the resistor. Is there any other electric component back there that I am missing?

PS, my front climate control work fine

Thanks!

Well, figured it out. I'm kind of surprised I did not get any response from forum members. Anyhow, the problem was with power to the rear climate system. Voltage was low, maybe a sign of a rusted terminal or a bad connection somewhere. Since I had little time to chase down the cause of the missing power, I simply took power from the rear left 3rd row power seat (that had a stripped mechanism anyway) as it is also 30A. Everything works great and the back was kept cool during the 10 h trip :)
