rear deflector

Hi,
I finally got around to having my Lund rear deflector painted...and now I wanna put it on...but dont feel like drilling holes in the roof on my X...is 3M tape going to be enough to hold it or do I absolutely need to drill holes?

I put mine on with only the tape and have had no problems. Make sure you put it on when the temperature is warm enough. I've had my X running 90-95mph with only the tape and feel very confident that it will not come off.

I have had my Wind jammer on for a while now, it is mounted with the 3M tape only, and have had no problems.

Be sure to clean the mounting area very good and mount on a warm day.
