the rear wiper has never worked since i bought the truck a year ago so today i decided to try fix it, the relays are all good and the motor was making noise like it was trying to move so i moved it with my hand and kind of loosened it up a bit and it will move but just with my assistance, also the rear wiper isnt even close to touching the window, do you guys think it is the motor gone bad, or can i just take it out clean it up and rebuild it, and how do i get that rear wiper arm off i took off th nut holding it on and i have been pulling on it for like an hour and it wond budge

Once the nut is off, the arm just pulls off the shaft. It's a tapered spline, but it should just pull off there.

I'm sure your problem is the motor. Replacing it will fix the movement issue.

As for the arm not wiping the entire window, there is a fix. Grind down the two little fingers on the underside of the hinge that stop the arm from going down any farther. That'll allow it to flex as far as it needs to to wipe the entire glass. I did mine a few years ago and it's never missed a wipe since!
