Ok guys I have 2 Manual t-cases and an elctric t-case right now. The electric is acting up and one of the manuals just came off my DD and its making tons of noise. I bought a replacement manual t-case and my mechanic said it wouldn't shift so the company sent me another.
So I am thinking Between these 3 t-cases why couldn't I come up with at least one complete functioning Manual t-case and convert from the electric in my trail rig.
1. Are the internal parts the same between the elctric and manual shift t-cases?
2. Would it be difficult to rebuild a manual t-case?
3. Anyone know what the most common failure is in these t-cases?
