Hi guys, I have replaced radio head unit in my Ford Fiesta 2012 but the new one (second-hand original) doesn't work. I read that I need to use FORScan to program the radio to my VIN. Does anyone know how to do it?

You have to be more specific explaining exactly what you have done. What unit you had and what you have replaced it for.
if it is what I think about you need to download APIM as-built data for your vehicle from Ford website and flash it into your unit using Forscan.
