I'm new here and wanted some info on removing my grille and mirror caps to get them painted to match the body Color any tips would help:D

What color is your X? You might be able to get some Plasti Dip instead of removing those parts to match your color. They have black, red, white and to get that glossy finish just use the glossifier. If you want something unique they have a lot more colors. I'm pretty sure someone on the forum will assist you on removing those parts if you don't want to use that.

Here's some info on the grille part http://www.explorerforum.com/forums/showthread.php?t=331825&highlight=grille+removal

It's black. I tried the plasti dip on the grille but really prefer the body cooler on the grille . I checked the link you posted and it helped allot thank you!
