Replacing Radiator

I need to replace my radiator, small leak.
'01 5.0, looks like a pretty simple job although pretty tight as usual.
Two bolts hold the fan shroud on.
Two bolts hold the radiator in.
Two transmission cooler lines.
Two radiator hoses.

Am I completely missing something?
Does the Fan have to come off? Are the AC condenser and Rad hooked together and I don't see it?

Any body change the Rad before with any tips please, it looks simple enough, But I greatly appreciate any notes/ideas/experience's/insults.
